Why SalonTracker?
Salon photography is rewarding. Keeping track of it can become a job in itself.
An active entrant quickly builds up dozens of images, many salons, different patronages, closing dates, classes, scores, acceptances, awards and reference numbers. Then the same results must be understood again when working towards distinctions.
One image, many journeys
The same photograph may appear in many salons and under different patronages. SalonTracker preserves the complete history of each image.
Different distinction rules
FIAP, PSA, IAAP, GPU, BPE and UKICPG each count progress differently. SalonTracker turns stored results into meaningful progress views.
The working centre
Manage salons and entries without losing the detail.
Each salon keeps the information that matters: country, scope, closing date, patronages, references and every entered image. Results can then be recorded against the correct entry instead of becoming detached numbers in a spreadsheet.

Designed to be cautious by default. SalonTracker does not simply throw an external file into your live database. Both import routines follow the same principle: analyse → review → back up → import.
Every photograph has a history

SalonTracker grew from the practical need to keep a personal salon record coherent as the number of images, entries and distinction schemes increased. The result is a specialist macOS application rather than generic competition-management software.
Its purpose is simple: keep the administration under control so the photographer can spend more time making and selecting photographs.
